The role itself?
From a home based office you will engage with farming, processing, packing and packaging businesses where you will work with key stakeholders to create opportunities to strengthen their understanding of the companies products.

Your day to day activities in this role will include: 

  • Conducting regular visits to customer sites, conducting meetings with the relevant engineering, operations, and business management teams

  • Being present and assisting in project installations & commissioning

  • Engaging & building strong relationships with new and existing clients

  • Facilitating the sales process and onboarding of new clients

  • Travelling to meet with new and existing clients nationally

  • Reviewing customer layouts and being a technical resource for customers

  • Ensuring all documents are created and maintained; proposals, sales contracts & scope documents

  • Maintaining and updating the CRM

  • Gathering requirements, understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions

  • Offering a supportive and educational environment across the industry

  • Creating and engaging in valuable professional relationships

What kind of person will fit the role?
To be considered for this position you must have previous experience in agricultural processing, manufacturing or automation. It is also important that you have an ability to establish, maintain and develop relationships with agronomists and farmers alike by providing quality information and solutions.
