Research and Innovation Manager - FILLED BY US!

An alignment with a university research facility, high-quality service and a drive for continual improvement, make this a very good company.

Who will you work for?

About a decade ago in southern NSW, a group of forward-thinking young agronomists with a passion for agriculture and technology started this company. Being from the land themselves, they knew there was a measurable gap in performance between traditional farming methods and the potential that lie ahead with technological advancements. This business has grown to service predominately broadacre cropping clientele across VIC, NSW, WA and QLD and employ about 15 people. They are leading the way in precision agriculture, and are driven to offer a supportive, informative and no-nonsense service.

The role itself?

This role is going to suit a person that has soil science/GIS mapping/environmental engineering qualifications, a farming background and an ability to develop, implement and monitor projects across the various cropping zones in Australia. This role works adjacently to a direct to farm offering by the business.

What kind of person will be suitable?

We are looking for a hard working, confident communicator with a passion for technology and agriculture. The perfect person would enjoy establishing new relationships at government/association body level, presenting to various industry forums and coordinating with all key stakeholders. This is a dynamic company that encourages and promotes forward thinking, and are therefore looking for a person with an open mind and progressive approach to communication, technology and customer service.

How will you be rewarded?

For you hard work and effort you will be rewarded with a very healthy salary package including cash component, superannuation, full use of a vehicle and home office equipment
