Territory Sales Manager - Vegetable Seedlings - Melbourne

The role itself?
With the support and guidance of your colleagues, you will engage with vegetable growers across Eastern Victoria; Gippsland, Mornington Peninsula and Werribee South. You will develop relationships with business owners, agronomists and production/farm managers across the vegetable industry where you will create opportunities to strengthen their understanding of the value of quality seedlings. 

Your day to day activities in this role will include:

  • Effective and on-going management of all professional & commercial relationships

  • Engaging in an on-going and progressive professional development program

  • Providing timely and accurate technical support to current and potential customers

  • Identifying market opportunities and working closely with customers to understand their needs

  • Creating and engaging in valuable professional relationships

What kind of person will fit the role?
The perfect person for this role would be someone with tertiary agricultural science qualifications and previous experience in vegetable production. A person that has an ability to establish, maintain and develop relationships with all stakeholders by providing quality information and solutions.
