Machinery Whole-Goods Manager – VIC - FILLED BY US!
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated whole-goods coordinator with a machinery background to manage product flow through a warehouse.

The role itself?
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
Participating in the quarterly stocktake – and when requested assist the inventory controller
Keep track of orders ready for dispatch and push loading list to logistic coordinator for pick arrangement - respecting first in first out principle
Dealer notification for whole goods collection
Contact truck companies and arrange for machines/equipment collection
Arrange machines to be delivered on time on site for State field days and demonstrations
Machines and equipment labelling and notification management
Phone communication with dealer/kfa team related to whole-goods collection – assembling - phone communication with dealers/kfa team related to whole goods availability
Assist fork-lift driver when needed to unload containers-load trucks.
Assist with machine assembly when needed
Assist with site cleanliness at all time
Be Welcoming, Impactful, showing Skills-Excellence in processes – and Reliability
Training new employees on their warehouse tasks & responsibilities
Submitting warehouse budget needs to MD for review and approval once a year
Deal with any damages and parts missing. Put the necessary action and processes in place to solve problems
Liaise with onsite colleagues: daily interaction with parts coordinator, logistics coordinator
maintain a good working relationship with all visitors/drivers/co-workers and follow health and safety regulations
What kind of person will fit the role?
The successful candidate will have:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in warehousing , machinery
A confident and open-minded attitude when using all technological tools (CRM/social media/machinery)
Strong planning, forecasting & execution skills
Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
Enthusiasm, self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously
