For a long time now this agribusiness has been highly involved in servicing and consulting with growers across the region. This business has built a reputation for being forward thinking, honest and a leader in farm services. They are now looking to grow their team and their capacity to service the agronomic needs of their farming customers.
The role itself?
This is an opportunity to join this business in offering agronomic support directly to their customers. You will be responsible for educating, communicating and improving your customers farming systems. Your day to day activities in this role will include:
promoting the companies service offering and products
advising and supporting farmers
offering technical guidance and assistance direct to growers
working with farmers directly to improve their yield and efficiency
supporting, maintaining and improving current client relationships
progressing and developing the reach of the business.
What kind of person will fit the role?
The perfect person for this role would be someone that has at least 3 years experience in broadacre/pasture cropping. This business will employ a person that has a proven ability to establish, maintain and develop relationships with farmers by providing quality information. This role will suit someone that is passionate about the growing region and is driven to exceed the expectations of the farmers that occupy it.
