The role itself?
This is an opportunity to join this business as the first point of contact to customers. Your day to day activities in this role will include:
- Ordering products
- Providing information and advice on agchem, seed, fertiliser, hardware, irrigation & animal health products
- Stock taking and controlling stock
- Responding to customer enquiries both instore and over the phone
- Helping to resolve customer queries and resolving any product/stock issues
- Building & maintaining relationships with customers
- Co-ordinating orders, inventory and performing deliveries to customers on farm
- Working alongside the sales, admin and management team
What kind of person will fit the role?
The perfect person for this role would be someone that has at least 3 years experience in merchandise, agchem/fertiliser or machinery sales. A person that has a proven ability to establish, maintain and develop relationships with customers by providing quality information and solutions. This role will suit someone that is passionate about farming and supporting the local community.

You will be rewarded for your contributions to the business with an attractive salary (proportionate to your experience and skill set), 9.5% superannuation and a company vehicle.
