The role itself?
This is an opportunity to join this business in servicing the reseller network and direct to farm. You will provide relevant and innovative solutions to their soil nutrition needs and whole farm agronomy plans. Your day to day activities in this role will include:
- promoting the companies service offering and products
- advising and supporting growers through their fertiliser plans
- offering technical guidance and assistance direct to growers and agronomists
- liaising with key industry stakeholders
- working with farmers directly to improve their yield and efficiency
- supporting, maintaining and improving current client relationships
- progressing and developing the reach of the business
What kind of person will fit the role?
The perfect person for this role would be someone that has at least 3 years experience in providing agronomy services to fruit/veg and/or broadacre producers. We are looking for a person that has a proven ability to establish, maintain and develop relationships with industry stakeholders by providing quality information. This role will suit someone that is passionate about soil nutrition and is driven to exceed the expectations of the producers.

You will be rewarded for your contributions to the business with an attractive salary (proportionate to your experience and skill set), 9.5% superannuation and full use of a company vehicle.
