Territory Manager – Agricultural Machinery – SE QLD
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated territory manager with a machinery background to manage a network across key areas in Queensland.

The role itself?
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
All customer relationship management
Planning & coordinating product demonstrations, field days and dealer training experiences
Inventory & stock management across your territory
Coordinating ‘new product’ market strategies & training
Manage all customer feedback, complaints & demands
Liaising with dealers to plan & conduct seasonal training (sales/service/parts/retail finance)
Providing forecasting support to your dealer network
Plan and organise all dealer & farm visits
What kind of person will fit the role?
We are looking for someone who:
Has minimum of 5 years’ experience in the agricultural industry; machinery sales, farming, agronomy
Has a strong relationship building and/or account management experience
Is confident and open-minded when using all technological tools (CRM/social media/machinery)
Possesses strong planning, forecasting & execution skills
Has excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
Is enthusiastic, self-motivated and has the ability to work autonomously
